If your desk is buried in paperwork, it’s time to explore time-saving apps! I’ve been testing a few that sync with QuickBooks Online, and Plooto is a standout! 

What is Plooto?
Plooto is an accounts payable and receivable app that integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero. It has already saved me tons of time with features like: 

• Automated AP/AR workflows 

• Customizable payment approvals 

• Two-way sync with QBO and Xero 

• Support for recurring and PAD payments 

Accounts Payable
Setup is simple: link your bank, get EFT info from vendors, and sync with QBO.  

Plooto pulls your outstanding bills—just check the ones you want to pay, and it handles the rest, including sending payments and updating QBO. 

You can also set approval rules (e.g., bills over $200 need two approvals), making the process secure and streamlined. 

Accounts Receivable
Set up PAD agreements with customers to auto-withdraw payments. Once they approve and verify their bank info, you can collect payments with a click. Funds typically arrive within a week.
